First week of being clipless

Hello my good readers, it's been a while, the usual Christmas, new years and stuff, been busy too but I'm back now, so, first post of the year is about SPD or "clipless" systems and what I think of them so far but I love them so far, I certainly feel much faster, I don't have to worry about my feet slipping at all and the cleats hold your feet in the perfect position for pushing on the pedals, they also let you pull on the up stroke of each pedal to increase power output, be warned though, they generally aren't designed to disengage in a crash but so far so good (touch on wood) I haven't had a full fall known as a "clipless fail" yet, such a fall is where you don't unclip quick enough and you end up on the floor, sorry it's a short one today but next time will be better.
